What makes N1 different than other education you’ve had?

The problem with most educational experiences is everything is so theory-based that you have no application when you leave and most of the time you leave more confused than when you came in. 

This experience of N1 Education has stood out for me, because i’ve been doing this for two decades, is you have something that you can apply as soon as you leave the course.

It’s an all-in-one, a one-stop shop for everything that you need to be a good trainer, a good coach, because they are taking all the principles from multiple sources and basically throwing out what is useless and taking what you can apply to real people.

What was your biggest take away from your N1 Education experience?

Everybody is unique unto themselves, so you have to take that in to account and structure their programming and their nutrition to that individual. Everybody is getting a truly individualized plan and not a cookie-cutter approach that is applied most of the time in the industry.

Review of the N1 Certification content

From all the certification courses I’ve taken, and that’s a lot as I’m old, everything from CSCS to NASM, etc… The other certifications don’t even come close in terms of simplifying something that can be overwhelming, showing how to actually apply it to the “individual” and their situation. No black and white application as everyone wants and allows the trainer/coach to really take the foundational info and tweak their own philosophy to make it better.

It is also great for beginners who don’t have any physiology background or formal education as many don’t in this industry, but gives them the right tools to actually be a good trainer and the resources you are offering is worth its weight in gold so they don’t have to sift through the bullshit that’s out there.

You have out done yourself Kassem. I expected high quality, but you have surpassed my expectations and I’ve done many of the old school certifications like CSCS and have gone thru school and nothing comes close to the way you teach to make it more practical for what trainers/coaches actually do and need to know to be able to apply this to any level. I’m so pumped to be a part of this and to help me educate others as I love to teach. Really looking forward to future workshops!
