Coach Kassem made really complex information digestible and applicable. I’m new to the industry myself. For me this was a crazy-awesome starting point for someone who didn’t study exercise science to really jump off the ledge and dive into it deeper. The most valuable part was getting to learn in real time from the N1 coaches and the other coaches around me on exercises that I’ve been executing but fine-tuning everything and understanding the anatomy to a deeper level than I’ve ever taken it before. I’m really excited to continue my education through N1.
